Champions Table Design Contest #3: Canonical Vault NFTs

The Champions Table is an initiative that aims to reward early supporters of yAxis alongside the Great Harvest. One component of the Champions Table is a series of community-oriented design contests. This article concludes the second contest and lays out the rules for the third and final contest.

Hoodies might not be in season for most of us, but the designers in our herd didn’t care one bit — we received even more submissions to the second contest than we did for the first! We’ve once again assembled a shortlist consisting of 5 designs.

The Final Contest

The third and final Champions Table contest revolves around Era 2. There will be 4 categories of NFTs: one each for the BTC, ETH and LINK vaults and a last one for the YAXIS gauges. As such, there will also be 4 winners. As with the coin and the hoodie, all of the designs will be sourced from the community.

Rules

• Designs must revolve around one of the following cryptocurrencies: BTC, ETH, LINK or YAXIS.
• Both static and moving images can be submitted through the following file types: .png, .gif, .webm, .mp4. The maximum file size is 100 MB.
• Each submission must be contained within one image/video.
• There is no limit to the amount of entries per individual — submit as many different designs as you like.
• Designs must be identifiable with the yAxis Project. Assets such as logos and past community art can be found here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1CkpXa9x0tF4Y3o1hYru7YJt3ndz3FESo
• Entries have to be submitted before 11–07–21 @ 22:00 UTC.

Selection Process

Once the form closes, the yAxis team and champions will make a pre-selection of up to 3 designs for each NFT category. These will then be anonymously presented to the community for votes with a runtime of up to one week.

Prizes

The creator of each winning design will receive the following prizes:

• $500 worth of YAXIS tokens
• One physical yAxis coin
• One official yAxis hoodie
• The first NFT minted with their custom design

Finally, the creator of the design that receives the most total voting power earns the following prizes in addition:

• Another $500 worth of YAXIS tokens
• Each other winning NFT design
